In 2019, Copenhagen based LUCER was back to action with their second album ”Ghost Town”, the successor to the hit debut “Bring Me Good News” from 2016. The debut secured the band two years of extensive touring activity in all of Europe, and physical distribution world wide.

With more than 250 live shows and a rock solid print in the european rock wold, LUCER has made a substantial impact on the Danish and international rockscene. Among other things, the collaboration with Danish rock n roll legend Mike Tramp have helped the band in the right direction.

It is on the big stages, LUCER have gotten a reputation, being a explosive and energetic live band, delivering amazing experiences every time. With a brand new sound, the band has se its mind on living up to the reputation, being the most promising rock band from Denmark in more than 10 years.

In spring 2017, LUCER starred in a big countrywide beer commercial for danish brand “Royal Beer”, the single “Midnight Sun” was the soundtrack for the entire campaign.

Rock fans all over the world hailed, with its unique approach to rock n roll, good songs and a nordic touch.

The quartet is fronted by the brothers Lasse & Anders Bøgemark on vocals, bass and guitars, plus Kristoffer Kristensen and Jonathan Nørgaard on guitars and drums.
2019 was busy for the young band, with European tour, festivals all over Scandinavia and upcoming single releases from “Ghost Town”.

In 2021 the band dug into the past and found what really mattered when they first started up the band. The release “L.A. Collection” brought some of the more straight rock’n’roll tracks written by Lucer at the beginning of their career, with a new recording. Nine songs released on black vinyl with an uncompromising production and no bull s*** playing style.

Came early 2022 and the band was ready to move forward once again. The album “The New World” was announced, following the release of four singles and videos very well received by the media and fans. On “The New World”, the pure rock sound that many know from Lucer’s debut album is accompanied by both electrobeats and sync effects – and that is exactly the common thread throughout the album. It’s the sound of rock a la 2022, and a band that has really found their DNA. The album was released on May 20th.
